Kelly B. Furgerson

Kelly Furgerson’s law practice concentrates on commercial and residential real estate, civil litigation, business law, juvenile criminal defense, and wills, trusts and estates. Prior to moving her practice to Pell City in 2015, Kelly primarily handled residential and commercial real estate transactions and prepared wills and trusts in Pelham, Alabama for eight years. Kelly attended law school at Birmingham School of Law while working full time in Pelham. In December 2007, she graduated law school and passed the Bar in February 2008.

Kelly enjoys being involved in the St. Clair County community as well as the Pell City community. She is an active member of the Pell City Rotary Club and is a Director of the Pell City Chamber of Commerce Board and the Red Elephant Club.

Kelly is a proud graduate of Pell City High School, the University of Alabama, and Birmingham School of Law. Kelly currently resides in her hometown of Pell City with her husband Mark and their two children. She is very involved in her church, loves to run and do anything outdoors, and spend time with her family and friends. She is passionate about helping people, both in her professional and personal life.
