Kelly’s law practice concentrates on commercial and residential real estate, civil litigation, business law, juvenile dependency and delinquency, wills, trusts and probate matters. Kelly has been a licensed attorney since 2008 and before locating in Pell City in 2015, she practiced in Pelham, Alabama for eight years. Kelly has a deep appreciation for hard work as she worked full time at a law firm while attending law school at night. She is a graduate of Pell City High School, the University of Alabama, and Birmingham School of Law. While at the University of Alabama, when she wasn’t yelling Roll Tide, she was obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in History.
Kelly truly enjoys being involved in various community organizations. She is a graduate of Leadership St. Clair County. She is a past president and an active member of the Pell City Rotary Club. She is also a member of the Pell City Board of Education Steering Committee, the Pell City Educational Foundation, and the Pell City Rotary Community Endowment Foundation.
The most important thing to Kelly is her love for Jesus and her family. She is very involved in her church, loves to run and do anything outdoors, and spend time with her family and friends. She and her high school sweetheart and husband of nearly twenty years live in Pell City with their two children, Reid and Emma. Kelly is passionate about helping people, both in her professional and personal life.
